A fresh fruit explosion with plenty of Amalfi lemon, the best apricots, a subtle mint note and hints of mirabelle plums and flint. On the palate, this wine presents itself slightly salty with a crisp acidity that literally asks for more. For me personally, this Fendant is one of the absolute best. Enjoy it until 2035.
