I prefer to tell interesting information about the respective region and the winemaker, and to share the exciting stories and witty anecdotes that I have experienced.

Maybe this is what I look forward to the most: discuss your event with me for about 12 people. You let me know what you like and what you don’t like. Then I go to the market and to the dealers I trust and select the best products, with which I then personally cook a wonderful three-course menu for you and your friends.
