About me

Happy guests / customers, excellent food, wines that give you goose bumps. That’s all I want.
I am Beat Caduff and have been “suffering” from culinary fever for over 40 years. Most recently, my wife Natascha and our team had the pleasure of pampering guests in Caduff’s Wineloft (16 GaultMillau points) for more than 20 years. What our guests could always rely on: Hearty top dishes made from the best ingredients in the world, the breathtaking wine cellar with 12’000 bottles and almost as many exciting, often funny stories and a stylish atmosphere with loving, professional hosts. Now I am really looking forward to the time afterwards. To personal cooking for small groups, to exciting and entertaining wine tastings, to gourmet tours with stops at the best producers and so much more – hopefully with you!

Wine trade

A fine meal is accompanied by a fine wine. Only selected top wines have made it into my online shop. They are wines from winegrowers with whom I have had a personal relationship, often even a friendship, for many years. In addition, there are my favourite knives and glasses and other accessories for the kitchen or the table, which I like to use myself.
